Food & Beverage Minimum
The Jazz Kitchen has a $15 per person, per show minimum. This can be food or beverage, and hopefully both. To see our current dinner menu, click HERE
Box Office Hours
Our box office hours are: Monday-Saturday 1p-9p
(closed at 5p on Tuesday's & Thursday's)
Large Party / Special Event Auto-Gratuity
We will add a 20% gratuity to large parties of 6 or more.
We reserve the right to add a 20% gratuity on special occasions (eg Valentine's Weekend, New Year's Eve, etc)
Main Room VS Front Row VS Lounge Tickets
There are three main sections ...
- Main Room is the room where the stage is.
- Front Row are the Front Row tables in the Main Row
- Lounge / Bar Tickets are NOT in the same room as the stage. These tickets are generally discounted and DO NOT have a view of the stage. The music will be played on the sound system.
Arrival Times / Dinner Reservations / Dinner Service
Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to show time.
We can only guarantee seats for the the first 20 minutes of the show.
If you're running late, call us at 317-253-4900.
Doors open at 5p on event nights. (come early for more choice in seating)
Your spot is reserved once you purchase your ticket. No need to call separately.
We offer full food & beverage service throughout the early show.
We close the kitchen 30 minutes after the late show starts.
Beverages and Dessert available all night.
Reservations for our Free events like our Monday Night Jazz Jam or our Wednesday night "The Shed" show are walk-in, general admission basis. If you have a party of 6 or more please call us at 317-253-4900.
We have a NO REFUND policy for ticket purchases. If you give us 48 hours of notice we can often re-sell tickets. Once sold we will refund your ticket price minus ticket fees. We make no promises. Call 317-253-4900 after 1p Monday-Saturday.
3rd Party Ticket Sellers
Beware, the only official tickets we accept are sold through www.thejazzkitchen.com or through our box office.
How soon do I have to leave after the show.
- First Show visitors, you are welcome to stay for the second show if space is available.
- Second Show visitors, we generally start closing after the band stops.

Carry-out Food and Beverages
We are open for carryout food and bottled beverages after 5p.

Street parking is your best bet. We recommend between 53rd and 54th Street on College Avenue or going East on 54th Street from the corner of 54th & College Avenue. Please do not park at the Fresh Market lot before 9p and never in the Fresh Market upstairs parking deck.
The Red Line has a stop right here at the corner of 54th & College Avenue.
We recommend the Keystone at the Crossing area and especially the Hyatt Place Keystone.
